In the name of Allah (S.W.T) the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
All Praises are for Allah (S.W.T), Sustainer of the Worlds and may the peace and blessings be upon His messenger Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), his family and all of his companions.
Thereafter, thus the friend of Allah(S.W.T) Al Hajj Kunta [May Allah(S.W.T) sanctify his secrets] stated ‘Allah(S.W.T) firstly created the souls of the humans and the jins, then He created the world and the hereafter with all of its beauty and adornment, then Allah (S.W.T) gave everyone a choice and said that “choose from whichever one you like and whatever you have chosen today will be for you pretty soon” , so some of them chose the world whilst others went towards the hereafter whilst still some others didn’t choose either of the 2, they all proclaimed that “we will not choose any of these 2, rather we have chosen You and we love only You”,(hearing this) Allah(S.W.T)stated that “you haven’t chose either of the 2 rather you have solely chosen Me, so I have promised all of you that you will not ask Me for anything except I have granted you all that what you have asked for and I have placed you upon the first 2 groups, in this world you will be shepherds and in the hereafter leaders when they were separating He joined together a third group which is 1 of the first 2 groups and they are the Murideen”. Those whose soul chose the world they will never be guided towards their portion in the hereafter no matter how hard they work whilst those souls that chose the hereafter will never be guided to their worldly portions’.
Stated Al Hajj Kunta[May Allah(S.W.T) sanctify his secrets] ‘There are 6 important points that the people must memorize and take care of them, 3 of which of those points that are between the mureed and his teacher;
1) The leaving of backbiting
2) To clean ones heart from jealousy
3) The accepting of the sayings of his teacher and to be pleased with his actions.
Then if he performed all those acts which Allah (S.W.T) has made obligatory upon him and the Wird of his, then the rest of it will be upon his teacher. As for the next 3 they are those points which break the connection between him (mureed) and his teacher.
1.) If a mureed doesn’t respect any of those teachers who are between him and his teacher, whether this is done out of jealousy or claim (that his teacher is better then all the others) it will be feared upon him that the connection between him and his teacher doesn’t break.
2.) If a Mureed doesn’t respect the Murideen of a other teacher the way he does with the Mureed of his teacher, then also in this situation it will be feared upon him lest the connection with his teacher doesn’t break.
3.) If a Mureed hears someone back-biting about his Muslim brothers and doesn’t stop but keeps silence as if he’s agreeing with them and their speaking ill about their brothers behind them, then also in this situation it will be feared upon him, lest the connection with his teacher doesn’t break. For 2 brothers in Islam are as 2 hands ,as one hand cleans the other likewise it is incumbent upon each one of them to clean the other and not think bad about him, as it is also important for each one of them to prevent from evil when ones sees someone falling into it.
Stated Al-Haaj Kunta [may Allah (S.W.T) sanctify his secrets]
‘If one of you would like to know what his teacher does at the time of the death of his Mureed and at the time when the Mureed is being questioned by the angels in his grave, then let him know that even if his teacher has a 1000 Mureed in a 1000 different places and all them pass away at the same time and he’s not able to take out their soul with Imaan by the mercy of Allah (S.W.T) and the head of each one of them rested upon his thighs then there is no way that he can be called a teacher or that someone acts upon his Wird.’
Stated Al-Haaj Kunta [may Allah (S.W.T) sanctify his secret]
‘Verily the teacher is the one who answers the questions of the Angel in the grave; also the angel of death can never face him whilst taking his soul till his teacher (who is complete) doesn’t stand in between him and the Angel of death, and also he will also pacify him from all the terrors of the day of judgment
Stated Al-Haaj Kunta [may Allah (S.W.T) sanctify his secrets]
‘That if one of you would like to know if ones Imaan is complete or not, then let him see within himself that if he does not mix his speech with lies whilst those who are listening to think that he’s speaking the truth that’s a sign of his Imaan being complete, but if he does mix his speech with lies whilst those who are in front if him are in contempt that he’s speaking the truth then this is a sign that his Imaan hasn’t been completed till now.’
And also He stated;
‘That also from amongst its sign are; that he does refrain himself from those things which are doubtful in the sense of eating, drinking, speaking, and beliefs then this is the sign of his Imaan being complete, yet, if he doesn’t care about these things after he has found that what he was in need of from food and drinks then this is the sign of his Imaan not being complete till yet.’
Stated the friend of Allah (S.W.T) Al-Haaj Kunta [may Allah (S.W.T) his secrets]
‘ If a Mureed turns his back upon his teacher from his heart and has decided to severe all type of ties that was between him and his teacher, whether this was in the case of him taking another teacher or in any other case, then he wills to come back to his teacher and to reattach himself with him again, the teacher shall never accept him and count him one amongst his Murideen even if he is in the rows of his group and his Majlis of Zikr for a 1000 years, but if this was just done for Satan toke the better of him and his own astray ness ( from the right path ) till he perpetrates all types of major sins and surpassed all limits in disobedience, then he woke-up and repented towards Allah (S.W.T) and returned back to his teacher humbly and lowering himself(front of the teacher) and excuses himself front of him then only will the teacher accept him back.’
And he also stated;
‘If a Mureed wants to know if he is connected with Allah (S.W.T), his Prophet, and with his teacher, then let him see within his self if he has even a molecule worth of love for commanding and elevating himself (front of others) then let him know that he has no connection with Allah (S.W.T), nor his Prophet, nor his teacher, incase he finds within himself no love for these things (but his hearts filled with) humbleness, his heart being broken and empty from jealousy ( when he sees the)
The ruler ship of others then let him know that he is amongst those who are connected with Allah (S.W.T) and amongst those who connect others towards Allah (S.W.T).’
Stated Al-Haaj Kunta [may Allah (S.W.T) sanctify his secrets]
‘If one of you worshipped Allah (S.W.T) for continuous 200 years then all of that worship of his was then finished off then he said 200 times, "سبحان الله والحمد لله ولا اله الا الله والله أكبر ولا حول ولا قوة الا بالله العلي العظيم"
Allah (S.W.T) will accept by his grace all of that worship that was made fruitless and grant him the full reward of it.’
And He has also stated;
‘There are two people, one of them shall enter heaven as easy as possible (without any hardship or a lot of good deeds), whilst the other one will enter hell as easy as possible [just because an slight fault of his/ in his belief but in the sight of Allah (S.W.T) it is very great].as for the first just because he loved the Miskeen (Mureed) who had gathered for my Zikr and doesn’t mess around with them just because he’s not one of them shall enter heaven through this love of his, whilst the second, he’s that scholar who has wasted his whole life in the seeking of knowledge but then he plunges himself in hurting of the feelings of my Murideen who had gathered for my Zikr during their days and nights, thus he will enter hell just for this reason.’
Stated our most respected Al-Haaj Kunta [may Allah (S.W.T) sanctify his secrets]
‘It is not permissible to take a dead person as a teacher, but the one who has taken his place shall be taken (as a teacher) for once the Prophet
صل الله عليه و سلم)) had passed away he wasn’t taken as the teacher no more, rather the one who had taken his spot ( meaning that the Prophet was always the Prophet but after he passed away Hadhrat Abu Bakr was taken as the ruler and the teacher).’
Stated Al-Haaj Kunta [may Allah (S.W.T) sanctify his secrets]
‘All of the teachers have chosen for their Murideen to gather up their Wird either in the morning and evenings or in any certain period of the day or night as prescribed by the sheikh. As for me I don’t chose this rather I’ve just requested my Murideen that they complete their Wird after all the 5 time Prayer, for when one of the Mureed grants the reward of his Wird as a gift to the Prophet (صل الله عليه وسلم),and to all the rest of the teachers, they see it and exclaim “glad tidings be unto so son of so for he has gifted us the reward of his Wird unto us” and they see us as we see the midst of our palms. This is why I like to show my Murideen unto them 5 times a day.’
Stated Al-Haaj Kunta [may Allah (S.W.T) sanctify his secrets]
‘When a Muslim sets out to meet his other Muslim brother, every time he steps with his right foot Allah (S.W.T) writes down for him rewards in a great amount, and every times he steps with his left foot Allah (S.W.T) forgive his sin also in great numbers, and the surface of earth upon which he walked upon with the distance of 500 years shall be for him a piller of light in the day of judgment and also witness for him that he visited his Muslim brother and when he leaves his Muslim brother after he had visited him, he will leave in such a state that he been forgiven and pure as the day his mom gave him birth.’
Stated the Shaikhaan Al-Haaj Kunta and Al-Haaj Ghazi [may Allah (S.W.T) sanctify both of their secrets]
‘Whosoever has a connection with the any two of us then verily he’s connected with all of us, but whomsoever severs his ties with anyone of us, then verily he has severed his ties with all of us.’
And He also stated;
‘Allah (S.W.T) as if He created me and him (Haaj Ghaazi) into 2 bodies and placed within us 2 souls but in reality were just like 1 body, so whosoever separates between the 2 of us then neither he’s from me or him.’
Stated Al-Haaj Ghaazi [may Allah (S.W.T) be pleased with him]
‘That know that the teachers purify (clean) the path towards which the
Mureed reaches Allah (S.W.T).And He will be his leader in the Day of Judgment.’
Stated Al-Haaj Ghazi [may Allah (S.W.T) be pleased with Him]
‘Every (Mureed should know) that when he dies and he’s placed in his grave the 2 Angels will come to him either in the form of his teacher of otherwise in the form Prophet(صل الله عليه و سلم),so that he may not fear, then his teacher shall stand in between him and the Angels and will say “that I’m the one who will answer for him” and then bear witness that this Mureed of his was one of those who would always turn towards Allah (S.W.T) then the Angels will return back with the ( what the teacher has bore witness and the books of deeds which was filled through the witness that the teacher had given), then his grave will be filled with light whilst his soul taken with him towards the ‘Elliyyeen (the highest level of paradise ) may Allah (S.W.T) grant all of this honor Ameen.
Stated Al Hajj Ghaazi [may Allah (S.W.T) be pleased with him]
‘Amongst those things that strengthen the ties between a mureed and his teacher is that when he sees a person older than him let him think that he is better than him for the reason that he recognized Allah(S.W.T) and his Prophet(s.a.w ) and believed in them before him in that time which was closer to that time in which the Prophet(s.a.w) was born and his enlightment illuminated the world, and when he sees someone younger than him so let him also think he is better than him for he has sinned less than him and for the reason that he was born after him in that time in which the nobleness of the Prophet(s.a.w) was more than that time in which he was born for his nobility increases day by day which makes his nobility today more than what was yesterday’.
Stated Al Hajj Ghaazi [may Allah(S.W.T) be pleased with him)
‘ When you come across a women in the street do not pass her as if she was never there and without speaking with her for if she is amongst those women whom it is permissible to look at and speak with and you passed her without paying attention or speaking with her then her conditions will only deteriorate and she will be troubled by heart, and if she is amongst those whose not permissible to look at then the harm of breaking her heart by not paying attention towards her or speaking with her will be more than the harm of looking at her’.
Stated Sheik Al Hajji Ghaazi [may Allah(S.W.T) be pleased with him]
‘Verily, Allah(S.W.T) has created Israfeel in a very great form till the extent that the whole Qur’aan on his forehead in a single line thus when a servant recites “Astaghfirullah, Subhanallah walhamdulillah wa La ilaha illah hu Wallahu Akbar ”, Israfeel enters a huge ocean and when he recites “Wa la haula wa la quwwata illa billahim ‘aliyyil ‘azeem”, Israfeel comes out from the ocean then he shake thus Allah(S.W.T) creates according to the drops which scattered from him angels which are in the form of Israfeel who will do Istigfaar for the one who recited it to the day of Judgement”
Stated the Waliyullah Al Hajji Kunta [may Allah (S.W.T) sanctify his secret]
‘That verily the murideen are patients and the teachers are doctors so as those doctors who treat the diseases treat each patient of theirs keeping in view of his disease likewise the teachers treat their murideen whilst keeping their diseases in view with those medicines suitable for their diseases’
Stated Sheik AL Hajji Kunta [may Allah(S.W.T) sanctify his secret]
‘Whosoever remembers Allah (S.W.T) at the time of sunrise till it rose and spreads its light everything that the sun has rose over will seek repentance for him and will bear witness in the day of judgment for that Zaakir that he is to remember Allah(S.W.T) abundantly whilst he was in the world so Allah(S.W.T) shall save him from the terror of the day of judgment.
Stated Skeik Al Hajj Kunta [may Allah(S.W.T) sanctify his secrets]
‘Whilst I was sitting with him the Prophet(s.a.w) asked me “Is my Shariah still with you people?” so I reply “Yes, within us is your Shariah” thus he said “ What will you do with that person who was thrown onto you?” I said “We will not see him as one of us, rather we shall see him as a despicable thing and they will restrict from entering their cultivated land from theirsacredland ------ and he will humble himself and beg them not to kick him out from theleast portionoftheirlands===, sometimes they will have mercy upon him and let him go his own way towards the most invaluable portion which has been left after they have cultivated their lands and incase if nothing is left or more upon their lands after the harvest, nothing will be for him and no one will even turn and pay attention to his begging. The Prophet(s.a.w.) told me “This is not my Shariah but that the one who has been thrown onto you --- and the original are treated the same in being benefitted with respect in what ever way they can be benefitted.
He also stated that
‘The Prophet(s.a.w) said “What will one of you do if he finds in his plantation someone elses cattle? I replied “That verily he will kick her out from his plantation whilst beating her harshly with a stick or stone” then the Prophet(s.a.w) said “This is not my Shariah but the right is that whosoever finds in his plantation another ones cattle and takes her out without beating or cursing her or her owner whilst telling her ‘you had came to my plantation thereof you may eat from whatever Allah(S.W.T) has decreed for you’, this person shall verily find me and meet me in the day of judgment whilst in the being state of happiness and whilst I am also pleased with him and will be under my banner and shall not see anything from the terrors of the day of judgment.
Stated Sheik Al Hajji Kunta [may Allah(S.W.T) sanctify his secret]
‘Whosoever suppresses his temper and forgives the one who has plunged himself in hurting him with backbiting and slandering and remembers Allah(S.W.T) “La ilaha ilallah”100 times then gifted the reward of it to that man who had hurt him this person` is amongst the sincere servants of Allah(S.W.T)
Stated Sheik Al Hajj Kunta [may Allah(S.W.T) sanctify his secret]
‘Asked me a person in the house of Kaamah which is in the village Zaaz “Oh Hajji Kunta I would like to wear a turban upon my hat, Is that permissible for me?” I told him “If before that you firstly tie around your heart the turban of piety after you had whitened it with the light of Imaan and beautified it with the merits of Islaam and placed it like a fort (i.e. to fortify) that acts as a veil in protecting your heart against the incoming (thoughts) of shaitaan ,then you tied the turban around your hat with the intention of following the Sunnah of the Prophet (S.A.W) then this is the turban which is regarded (i.e. as a turban ) and a praiseworthy conduct but if the matter is not like this rather you have just left the head of your heart empty from the turban of piety and you do not care at all what comes in it through that what is praiseworthy and not praiseworthy and you have tied the turban around your head that you may be distinguished between people and pointed towards and that you may lead them in their gatherings and assemblies then for you will not be except for what you intended and you will be stripped from all that if people found out what your intention were likewise every action which is done not for the sake of Allah(S.W.T).---
Sheik AL Hajji Kunta [may Allah(S.W.T) sanctify his secrets] was asked about the sayings of the scholars “It is not permissible fo anyone to claim that he is a Wali Murshid if he has not learnt the commandments of the 4 Mazhaab” thus the Sheik replied “Our Prophet Muhammed(s.a.w) showed us the Shariah and explained unto us the Tariqah which is the soul of the 4 Mazaahib whilst he was illiterate just by knowing the commandments of the 4 Mazhaab and to read all the books which are in circulation and this is not the dead end for this is wisdom and Allah(S.W.T) grants wisdom to whomsoever he wills thus when Allah(S.W.T) wishes to grant someone goodness opens his heart so that it may be able to take all the knowledge the manifest of it and the concealed, whosoever passes this level he is not in need of reading books and looking at lines ‘do you not see the hunter as he tracks behind the traces of his hunt till he finds it, but the one who has already tracked down his hunt is not in need of following his traces likewise the one who has already seen the Prophet(s.a.w) in the state of full consciousness and has spoken to him directly is not in need of reading books, leading one to the traces of the his Shariah going with it towards what the Prophet(s.a.w) went towards for he is connected towards that which is desired and he also connects to the desired not in need od those things that connect towards it. They thought that plunging themselves into the seas of the Mazahib is a condition for the teacher of Shariah and it is not a condition of the Tariqah, standing in front of Allah(S.W.T) and interceding between him and his servants with the name of the teacher is a very great thing, no servant can reach this stage just by reading a pile of books and deepness in Mazahib if he is not the one who recognizes Allah(S.W.T) and connects towards him in that state that he is looking at him from his inner self and the one who loves Allah(S.W.T) and his Prophet(s.a.w) by following his sunnah in such a manner that there is not between him and Prophet(s.a.w) except the distance of a hand span. Whosoever has reached this level he is a complete teacher capable of doing the Tarbiyyah of his students even if the amount increases and he will be with them whilst their souls are being taken and will stop shaitaan from leading them astray and will answer the questions of the 2 angels and will intercede for them at the Siraat(the bridge over hell leading into paradise) and Mizaan(day of judgment) and will save them from the terrors of the day of judgment.
Sheik Al Hajji Kunta [may Allah(S.W.T) sanctify his secret] was asked about the sayings of the scholars “If one is capable of flowing through water or flying in the air this will not be a proof of him being a friend of Allah(S.W.T)” thus he replied, the Sheik[May Allah(S.W.T) be pleased with him] “What the scholars have stated is true for a whale flows through water and lives in it and the birds to even a mosquito can fly in the air and they don’t even have a bit of miracle neither is anyone called a friend of Allah(S.W.T) even though they are capable of doing that, if he is not flowing upon the ocean of the recognition of Allah(S.W.T) and sailing upon the ship of the sunnah of the Prophet (s.a.w) for walking upon water and flying in the air is nothing in front of the AhlulKamaal(those who are complete).
Sheik Al Hajji Kunta [may Allah(S.W.T) sanctify his secret] was asked about the saying that Kashf is of 2 type,1)that Kashf which is true,2)that Kashf which is false, so is the matter just like this?
He said as if he was replying back[may Allah(S.W.T) be pleased with him]“Yes it is just like this for if a person claims he seen the Lawhal-Mahfooz and the soul of the dead and knows who is in Heaven and who is in a painful punishment and he sees Heaven and Hell with his bear eyes whilst he is in the state of full consciousness hence there shall be no doubt left that he has gone crazy and shaitaan has led him astray and is making him imagine things as if he has really seen all of them, because shaitaan deceives many of those who have not passed the 7 stages so this is the false Kashf and the claim of its companion is false, as for the one who claims he has seen all these things whilst sleeping or in the state of full consciousness with the eyes of Baseerat and he is amongst the sincere worshippers of Allah(S.W.T) and has passed all the stages and their the Tarbiyah under a Ustaz-e-Kaamil or with Jazb so he is the companion of the true Kashf.
Sheik Al Hajji Kunta [may Allah(S.W.T) sanctify his secret) was asked about what has been said that it is not permissible to take anyone as a teacher until it is not known that he is from the Awliyaa-Ul-Kamileen so how can a Wali be known and what are his signs?
Thus he replied that “Yes, that saying is true and if you would like to recognize the Wali of Allah(S.W.T) one way is that you will see his followers will increase in righteousness and good and to will severe themselves from the world and its children(those people who run behind the world) and going towards Allah(S.W.T) with high aspirations and leaving all those things that turn him away from Allah(S.W.T) and come in familiar terms with the pious people and all those who will lead him towards Allah(S.W.T) thus know that he is amongst the true friends of Allah(S.W.T) and you have to follow him and to act upon his sayings and hold tightly unto him and to keep with his group, and if it is not like this that his followers do not increase in good and they do not achieve by following him sweetness in obedience and the disliking of all forbidden acts of any effect, know that his claim upon Walayah and the stages of Irshaad(guidance) is false so stay away from him and separate(from him and his group) and do not keep any hope in him.
Sheik Kunta [may Allah(S.W.T) sanctify his secret] about the saying that the Wali gold and sand are the same in front of him?
Thus replied the Sheik that “Yes, the saying is true but it does not mean that the earning and searching for money negates Walayah but what this means that the Wali is not pleased with the having of gold as he is not pleased with the having of sand and he does not feel concerned with its loss( the loss of gold) just as he would not be concerned with the loss of sand, but it is the same for him the have having of gold and not having gold.
